Data Deletion

You can ask PSQUAREx to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, including for data we received from Facebook and Instagram.

Option 1: Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find PSQUAREx and click Remove.

This revokes our access to your accounts. We then stop receiving new data from Meta for them.

Option 2: Request deletion of your data

Email us at psquarexconnect@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please send it from the email address linked to your account and mention the Facebook or Instagram account if it is connected.

What we delete

• Your account and profile information.
• Connected account identifiers and access tokens.
• Content, plans, comments and approval records in your workspace.
• Performance data we collected from Facebook and Instagram.

Timing

We confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days. Limited records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records, are retained only for as long as the law requires.
