This Privacy Policy explains how PSQUAREx ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and our content operations platform for restaurant brands and agencies (the "Service"). We operate from Indiaand handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, role and workspace details you give us when you sign up or request access.
• Brand and content information: brand profiles, shoot plans, photos, videos, captions, comments and approval decisions you or your clients add to the Service.
• Client reviewers: when someone opens a no-login review link, we record their approval, comments and the name or email they choose to enter, if any.
• Facebook and Instagram data: if you connect your accounts, we receive account and Page identifiers, access tokens, the content you publish through us, and performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement and follower counts.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and basic usage logs, used for security and to keep the Service running.
• Visit counts and page speed: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies and do not follow you across other websites.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: planning shoots, collecting approvals, publishing content and producing reports.
• To generate AI content suggestions from the brand details you provide.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account, access requests, billing and important changes.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Data from Meta platforms

Data we receive from Facebook and Instagram through Meta's platform is used only to provide the features you ask for: publishing content you approve and showing performance reports for accounts you connect. We do not sell it, share it with data brokers, or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from within the Service or from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, and you can ask us to delete your data as described on our Data Deletion page.

4. AI features

To produce content ideas, we send the brand details and prompts you enter to a third-party AI service provider. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into AI features.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting and database providers, AI providers, email and payment providers, and only as needed to perform their services. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights and users. Some providers store data outside India.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax or security reasons.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to us at psquarexconnect@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not intended for people under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you.
