Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PSQUAREx's website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or agency, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms.

1. The Service

PSQUAREx helps restaurant brands and agencies plan shoots, collect client approvals, publish content to connected social accounts and report on performance. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it, and to publish it to the accounts you choose, solely to run the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, images and brand assets, and that you have your clients' permission to manage their accounts.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, you must follow Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, such as limiting reach, rejecting content or suspending an account.

5. AI suggestions

AI-generated ideas, scripts and captions are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing them before use and for making sure they are lawful and suitable.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use it to spam or to post on accounts you are not authorised to manage.

7. Free trial and payment

New accounts get a 30-day free trial. Pricing will be shown before any charge, and we will not bill you without your confirmation. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, PSQUAREx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes and contact
